An order is accepted after we confirm it. We may contact you to verify delivery details. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, the address cannot be verified, or misuse is suspected.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, payment may be available through Whish, OMT Pay, or Cash on Delivery. Any delivery charge is shown before the order is submitted.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of address issues, courier conditions, holidays, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

Returns and refunds
