Lebanon delivery

Estimated delivery across Lebanon is normally 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Remote areas, holidays, courier schedules, or high order volume may require additional time.

Other supported markets

When delivery is available outside Lebanon, the destination, delivery options, charges, and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Delivery timing may vary by market and may be affected by customs or local courier requirements.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you submit the order. Promotions offering free or reduced delivery apply only while the promotion is active and may have location or order-value conditions.

Order confirmation and tracking

We may contact you to confirm your order, telephone number, and address. Tracking availability depends on the courier. Please keep your phone available so the courier can coordinate delivery.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate address, area, landmark where helpful, and reachable phone number. Additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the phone number is unreachable, or the address is incorrect, the courier may arrange another attempt. A repeated delivery charge may apply.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect the package when it arrives. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours by sending your order number and clear photos to theoriginalbluenila@gmail.com.
